The Commission on Higher Education is pleased to inform all concerned parties that the 2020 – 2022 Bishop Williams Memorial Fund is now accepting applications for its Visiting Researcher Program of the 2019 – 2021 Bishop Williams Memorial Fund.

The programme invites qualified men and women, specially from the developing nations of Asia, Africa and Latin America, to Rikkyo University or other institutions of the Nippon Sei Ko Kai (NSKK) otherwise known as the Anglican Episcopal Church in Japan, where they will be provided with facilities for research in their chosen fields. Applicants for the said visiting program must be 35 years old and below by on October 2020. Successful applicants will be provided with round-trip airfare, housing, tuition and stipend.
