This has reference to the Memorandum from the Office of the Chairperson dated April 16, 2024 on the upcoming conduct of Zonal Public Hearing/Consultations on the draft proposed CHED Memorandum Order (CMO) entitled “Policy Framework and Strategies on Healthy Learning Institutions in Philippine Higher Education.”
Be advised that the schedules per batch are adjusted, as follows:

The slots for participating higher education institutions (HEIs) are limited per region; hence it is advised that the pre-registration should be coordinated with the concerned CHED Regional Offices.
Food during the public consultation, materials/kits, and certificates shall be provided to all participants. Respective HEIs are responsible for the travel expenses and/or accommodation of representatives from the public and private HEIs.
While travel expenses and accommodation of representatives of CHEDRO shall be shouldered by CHED Central Office, subject to usual government accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
The Office of Student Development and Services shall inform the concerned CHED Regional Offices of the exact venue of all batches as soon as they are finalized.
