- Opening Ceremonies on November 3, 2023, 9:00 AM at the Epifanio Delos Santos Auditorium, National Library of the Philippines.
- Closing and Awarding Ceremonies on November 29, 2023, at the Epifanio Delos Santos Auditorium, National Library of the Philippines.
