In support of the Presidential Communications Office of the Office of the President and in celebration of the Communications Month and Global Media and Information Literacy (MIL) Week, public and private HEls are invited to voluntarily participate in the “Maging Mapanuri Conference” with the theme “Media and Information Literacy in Digital Spaces: A Collective Agenda” on 25 October 2023 via live teleconferencing or in-person at New World Makati Hotel.
The objective of the conference is to create a venue for the government to work with the media, tech companies, socio-civic organizations, and members of the academe to build partnerships and exchange best practices and strategies for the attainment of Media and Information Literacy (MIL).
