In support of University of the Philippines’ initiative to provide free webinars to promote faculty development, the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) encourages all public and private higher education institutions (HEIs) to voluntarily participate in the LINANGAN: THE GE FACULTY DEVELOPMENT EXTENSION PROGRAM webinar series which will be held from April to November via Zoom Platform.
The LINANGAN: THE GE FACULTY DEVELOPMENT EXTENSION PROGRAM aims to:
- Share best practices on responsible use of artificial intelligence, gender sensitivity, critical production and consumptions of news, and disaster risk management;
- Provide a venue to exchange learnings and approaches on how to guide students to become responsible users of artificial intelligence, gender sensitive members of society, critical producers, and consumers of news, and resilient individuals;
- Produce and share learning resources.
