In support of the Commission on Human Rights (CHR) and in celebration of the 2023 Libraries and Information Month (LISM), we wish to inform public and private higher education institutions (HEIs) that the HRVVMC Library is open to the public beginning November 15, 2023 (Tuesday). The HRVVMC Library is located on the 4th floor, 150 Corporate Center, Panay Avenue, Brgy. South Triangle, Quezon City.
The library schedule is from Mondays to Fridays, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. Due to limited space, it is encouraged that prior coordination of visit is made with Mrs. Amor Martin-Favila, Chief of the Resource and Archives Division at landline number (02) 8289-2218 or email at rad.admin@hrvvmemcom.gov.ph.
