In accordance with pertinent provisions of Republic Act No. 7722, otherwise known as the “Higher Education Act of 1994”, and per Commission en Banc (CEB) Resolution No. 543-2017 dated July 18, 2017, the Commission hereby issues this Memorandum for guidance of all Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) offering Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) program on matters pertaining to the issuance of supplemental information in the Transcript of Records of BSN graduates.
