The Commission hereby enjoins all higher education institutions to hold activities and implement programs/projects in celebration of the 51^st  Founding Anniversary of ASEAN on 08 August 2018, as part of the sector’s collective effort to participate in ASEAN community-building and foster great awareness in ASEAN.
