In order to implement the provision of financial assistance to SUCs for the development of smart campuses as provided in Section 10(i) of RA 11494, SUCs are requested to submit a maximum of three (3) full proposals via email on or before 15 November 2020, 5:00PM to smartcampus@ched.gov.ph and copy furnish chairperson@ched.gov.ph.
SUCs that fulfill the following requirements will be prioritized in the provision of grant subject to its eligibility to other requirements stipulated in the enclosed guidelines:
1. SUCs who responded and completed the CHED Survey, “Urgent Survey of SUCs’ Systems and Capabilities for Smart Campus Development”;
2, No unliquidated fund transfers from CHED;
3. SUCs with unliquidated fund transfers from CHED not exceeding two (2) years upon receipt of the fund.
