State Universities and Colleges’ (SUCs’) concerned officials led by the President or Officer-in-Charge are directed to attend the Walkthrough on the Survey of SUCs’ Systems and Capabilities in Smart Campus Development. The result of the survey will serve as inputs in the finalization of the guidelines for the release of the Php.3,000,000,000.00 assistance to SUCs for the development of smart campuses. SUCs that will fail to submit complete information to the said survey will not be eligible for funding assistance under Bayanihan II.

Priority in the allocation of assistance will be given to SUC who will provide complete information to the said survey.

The Walkthrough will be held virtually via Zoom video conferencing application on 02 and 05 October 2020 at 3:00 PM using the following credentials:

Due to system limitations, SUCs are requested to project the walkthrough from one account to enable all concerned officials to see the demonstration while ensuring that no SUC is crowded out from the Zoom meeting.

A link to the survey will be released during the Walkthrough. The survey will be closed on 05 October 2020 at 11:59 PM PST.
