In line with the national agenda to digitalize vital government services, the public and concerned stakeholders are hereby informed that the Commission is conducting the testing phase for the CHED Electronic Certification, Authentication, and Verification (eCAV) Web Application System, accessible at https://ecav.ched.gov.ph/.
As part of this initiative, CHED-issued CAV certificates from the testing phase, featuring a QR code, unique application number, and application date, will be considered valid and authentic. Clients and stakeholders can verify authenticity by entering the application number and application date in the ‘Verification’ tab at https://ecav.ched.gov.ph/verification.
Upon the successful completion of testing, the CHED eCAV will serve as the primary CHED-managed application portal for processing requests for CAV of higher education academic records. This system is designed to provide a user-friendly platform that enables applicants to submit, track, and obtain their certificates, eliminating the need for in-person visits to CHED offices.
