Pursuant to Republic Act No. 646 and in support of the celebration of the 61st National Rizal Youth Leadership Institute (NRYLI), public and private higher education institutions (HEls) are invited to voluntarily participate in the NRYLI Conference with the theme “Rizalian Values: Yesterday, Today, and Tomorrow” on 7 to 10 December 2023 at Baguio Teachers Camp, Baguio City.
The participation in the event has a registration fee of Php 7,000.00 per delegate inclusive of board and lodging, meals, conference materials, workbook, and souvenir kit (bag, conference shirt, souvenir program to schools).
